TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: • CAUSE No. 497 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Nduati Mwangi and (2) Johana Kamau Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwangi Mwamba, late of Makutano, who died there on 9th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
