TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 51 OF 2018 By Benjamin Kipngetich Sum, of P.O. Box 21-30104, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, through Messrs. Akenga Kimutai & Associates Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir Magoi Maiyo, late of Barsombe Location, Uasin Gishu, who died there on 29th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
