TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 325 OF 2018 By (1) Fenny Wakesho Mwakisha and (2) Cecilia Mwakisha Mganga, both of P.O. Box 110, Mtwapa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Chanya Mwakisha, who died at Kanamai, Gorofani, on 8th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days , from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
