NOTICE is given that preparation of the above mentioned part development'plan was on the 29th January. 2019 completed. DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS UNDER instructions received from our principals, notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of: secretarial seats, vacuum cleaner, plastic 'seat and table, meko, coffee maker, blender, microwave, kettle, blow drier, beds, 2 carpets, mattresses, coat hanger, radio, office desk and chairs, shoes, assorted clothes, 2 TV sets, dining table and seats, wall unit assorted' cutlery and crockery, stools, paintings and wall hangings, curtains and sheers, suitcases ladder and shoe rack., within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said goods which are currently lying at 22nd February, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE .615 State House Road, House No. A-il, Nairobi, upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
