GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1622

WHEREAS James Thiongo Kiambuthi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Muguga/Jetscheme/lOO, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 412 of 2016, has issued letters of administration to (I) Elizabeth Wanjiru Thiongo, (2) James Memia Thiongo, (3) John Ndungu Thiongo and (4) Patrick Nganga Thiongo, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said .James Thiongo iambuthi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (I) Elizabeth' Wanjiru Thiongo, (2) James Memia Thiongu, (3) John Ndungu Thiongo and (4) Patrick Nganga Tisiongo, and upon •uch registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jams Thiongo Kiambutlii (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
