No. 7785/97, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I. R. 35407/I, and whereas Multi-Equipped Limited has prepared a sub-division in favour of Mu!Ii-Equipped Limited in respect of 1. R. 7785/1489 and 1490, and whereas the said grant registered as 1. R. 35407/I is itot available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said grant under section 65(1) (h) and proceed with the registration of the said sub-division.
