NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Market Partner, of P.O. Box 61401-00200, NairObi, the ownei of: Epson L505 Printer-i (one), Office Chairs-3 (three), Wooden Office Desk-i (one) and Floor Carpet-I (one), to take delivery of the said items presently lying uncollected at the premises of Del View Limited Stores, Thika, along Old Murang'a/Kandara Road. Further notice is given that unless the items are collected within thirty (30) days from the, date of 'publication of this notice upon payment to Del View Limited of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed off by auction without any further notice.
