WHEREAS (1) Margaret Ndindi Muhoho (ID/2982484) and (2) Paul Muhoho Gathecha (1D10620925), both of P.O. Box 586-010130, Gatundu in the Republic ofKenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. ThikaIMunicipality Block 34/301, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
