REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Slem Awadh Bahamdán, of P.O. Box 3227-8100, Mombasa in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 9608/I1/MN, containing 0.0192 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Monubasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 44867, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
