TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1OF 2019 - By Mercy Ndinda Kioama, the executor named in the deceased's l:'st will, for a grant of probate of the will of Norbert Alfred Klinke, who died at Diani, on 6th September, 2018.. CAUSE NO.53 OF 2018 By (1) Jamal Hassan All Awale and (2) Zuleikha Awale, both of P.O. Box 46-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Awale alias Abdi Nassir Hassan Ali, late of Nairobi, who died at Cosmopolitan Medical Centre, on 1st December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of thisliotice in the Kenya Gazette.
