NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th October, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2678, in Volume DI, Folio 314/5579, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Michael Mwatha Kireru, of P.O. Box 3909- 10400, Nanyuki, as guardian of Alex Paul Michael, formerly known as Alex Paul alias Alex Mwatha Kireru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alex Paul alias Alex Mwatha Kireru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alex Paul Michael, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alex Paul Michael only.
