REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor Vehicles registration No's. (1) KCE 127N, Toyota Harrier and (2) KCB 351M, Isuzu Lorry, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are at Action Auto Repairs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
