REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Wayua Gerlach, of P.O. Box 52-90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 24.28 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under title No. Machakos/Mua Hills/634, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued *ore has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (00) days fionrthe date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no 'objection hat been received within that period.
