REGISTRATION
WHEREAS I am of the opinion that Busia Farmers Co-operative
Society Limited has failed to comply with the provisions of section 62
(1) (b) and (c) of the Co-operative Societies Act, I order the cancellation of its registration and order its dissolution thereof and further pursuant to section 65 of the said Act, I appoint-
KWANZU ARUNGA to he liquidator for a period not exceeding one (1) year.
