WHEREAS (1) Otieno Aggrey Ambala and (2) Lucy Akinyi Ambala, as joint proprietors, both of P.O. Box 58741, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.3755 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 112/58, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and greens card provided that no objection will be received within that period. GAzErrE NOTICE No. 1003 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Geoffrey Mukono Njenga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Dundori/Muguathi Block 1/866, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 5 of 2006, has issued grant in favour of (1) Pherisina Wambui Njenga and (2) Peter Njenga, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Geoffrey Mukono Njenga (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in the names of (1) Pherisina Wambui Njenga and (2) Peter Njenga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Mukono Njenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
