REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Waiganjo Kimanga and (2) Lucy Wanjiru Kimanga, both of P.O. Box 82037-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 1872 (Original No. 2889/36), situate in the northwest of Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 31535, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title is lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
