No. 36/11214, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered in Volume N 12, Folio 317/20, File 2661, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
