TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2018 By Peter Wagongo Ratiya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ratia Orwa, who died on 28th March, 1993. CAUSENO. 243 OF 2018 By (1) Christopher Oginga Juma and (2) Kennedy Ochieng Juma, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Juma Oremo, who died on 15th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Aum Adul and (2) Paul Ang'wech Menya, the deceased's brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of adninistration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Omolo Adul, who died on 18th June, 1982. CAUSE NO. 245 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Aum Adul and (2) Paul Ang'wech Menya, the deceased's nephew and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Ongeche Omolo, who died on 20th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
