NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2351, in Volume DI, Folio 294/6590, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Daniel Munyori Onyango, of P.O. Box 1399–00515, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel M. Onyango alias Daniel Onyango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel M. Onyango alias Daniel Onyango and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Munyori Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Daniel Munyori Onyango only.
