NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th October, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 151, in Volume DI, Folio 300/6646, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Victor Bakari Opiayo, of P.O. Box 807– 00208, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Victor Khabakali Opiayo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Khabakali Opiayo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victor Bakari Opiayo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Victor Bakari Opiayo only.
