PURSUANT to Standing Order 19 of the Standing Orders of the
Turkana County Assembly, it is notified for the information of
Members of the County Assembly of Turkana and the general public that the Assembly shall have a special sitting on Thursday, 29th
November, 2018, as from 9.00 a.m. at the County Assembly Hall in
Lodwar. The main business will be the Governor’s state of the County address.
