REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Mthui Kiirungo, of P.O. Box 1621, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Aguthi/Muruguru/1404, situate in Nyeri District, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 355 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Boniface Watuthu Muriithi and (2) Two others, all of P.O. Box 1621, Nyeri, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of George Mthui Kiirungo has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue to (1) Boniface Watuthu Muriithi and (2) Two others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to George Mthui Kiirungo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
