REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Richard Walter Freyer Steyn (ID/8744982) and (2) Thomas Andrew Wright (ID/21138723), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 127.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi District, known as Kilifi/Sosobora/996, and whereas the registered proprietors have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file for purposes of the registration of document presented in the registry as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
