REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwangi Wanjau, of P.O. Box 41, Kiraini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.230 hectares or thereabout, situate in Laikipia District, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/4144 (Mutukanio), and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
