REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilfred Kariithi Marimba (ID/1882866), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Kakuzi/Kirimiri Block 8/1212, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open another land register and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
