IN EXERCISE of powers conferred to me by section 30 (e) and (i) of the County Governments Act, I reorganize County Departments as detailed below in order to respond to changing developmental needs of the County. The County Executive Committee Member shall head each County Department while Sub-departments shall have a County Chief Officer in-charge of day-to-day management of the Department/Sub-department as well as being the Accounting Officer of the respective Sub-Department/Department unless otherwise provided for by any other legislation.
