TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2018 By (1) Mariam Mohamed and (2) Ahmed Hassan Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 361, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Mohamed Adam, who died at Central, on 27th July, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
