TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 112 OF 2018 By Michael Ndunda Mulwa, of P.O. Box 33370-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mulwa Silla, late of Kithome, who died at Kithome, on 18th July, 2012. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2018 By James Kibicho Ngila, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Muutu Ngila, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
