TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 173 OF 2018 By Kepher Waweru Njoroge, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Gathuru, who died at Magomano, Kiarutara, on 26th December, 2006. CAUSE No. 174 OF 2018 By Simon Kinyanjui Njuguna, of P.O. Box 279-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Ngugi alias Crispin Njuguna Ngugi, who died at Gakarara Sub- location, on 30th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
