TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2018 By Eric Joseph Kisila, of P.O. Box 300-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mutua Kisila, who died at Avenue Nursing Home, on 15th September, 1997. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2018 By ( I ) Mary Joseph Kamiri and (2) Justus Kariuki Kamiri, both of P.O. Box 1695, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased's widower and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamiri Ngeru, who died at Kiambu, on 12th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
