TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 90 OF 2017 By (1) Caroline Mutanu Nzembi and (2) Nicholas Mutiso Mwania, both of P.O. Box 11987-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francisar Nzembi Mutiso, who died on 9th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 100 of 2018 By Francisca Nthambi Kyove, of P.O. Box 13, Kithyoko in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Albanus Musyoki Wambua, who died at Kathaana Sub- location, on 20th February, 2004. CAUSE No. 101 OF 2018 By Peter Ngochi Ndangiri, of P.O. Box 9, Kambiti in Kenya, the deceased's son*, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Ngosi Kauusya, who died at Kasuvilo, on 18th April, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
