TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 286 OF 2018 By (1) Rebecca Nyathogora Muthukia and (2) George Obote Omolo, both of P.O. Box 48, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Francis Omolo Omolo, who died at Dandora, on 12th May, 2013. CAUSE No. 287 OF 2018 By Pamela Adhiambo Ooko, of P.O. Box 127, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ooko Rawo, who died at Kasewe "B" Sub-location, on 7th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 334 OF 2018 By Maurice Odongo Okello, of P.O. Box 9, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the, estate of Okello Okumu, who died at Kamenya Central, on 22nd October, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of, this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
