TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2018 By Naftal Nyabuto Nyakiana, of P.O. Box 1-40203, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakariah Nyakiana Kerabu, who died at Maji Mazuri Sub-location, on 15th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2018 By Andrew Alois Kebungo Ogembo, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogembo Mokaya Mokaya, who died at Matembe, Masige Sub-location, on 12th August, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
