TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 82 OF 2018 By (1) Mathias Warindu Okong'o, (2) Rusalia Achola Okongo and (3) Fredrick Omondi Obuya, the deceased's son, widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Okongo Ogalo, who died on 23rd November, 2011. CAusE No. 105 OF 2018 By Maurice Omolo Njoga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnes Njoga Okendi alias Njoga Okendi alias Joanes Njoga, who died at Jimo East, on 5th June, 2014. CAUSE No. 137 OF 2018 By Peter Manya Akora, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyoyo Nyandany. CAUSE No. 156 OF 2018 By Paul Abuto Ounda, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Abungu Ombae alias Joshua Abungu Ombayi alias Abungu Ombae. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
