TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2018
By Felister Wanjiku Chege, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njuguna
Mwangi, who died at Kirere Location, on 16th August, 2004.
CAUSE No. 194 OF 2018
By (1) Simon Kiruga, (2) Joseph Kibuu and (3) Julius Gichiraa, all of
P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibaya Kibuu, who died at Murumi, on 26th
June, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
