TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 92 OF 2018 By Gedeon Gitau Muchugu, of P.O. Box 352, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mucugu Mugo alias Muchugu Mugo, who died at Githioro, on 7th November, 2005. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2018 By Samson Ndungu Murathe, of P.O. Box 53952-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of admihistration intestate to the estate of Njoki Murathe Gichuhi, who died at Gate, Iguru, Kibichoi, on 3rd September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
