CAUSE No. 126 OF 2018 By (1) Fredrick Wafula Namianya, (2) Joseph Wasilima Manyonge and (3) Patrick Odunga Okola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opwora Chapurukha, who died at Namatotoa Sub-location, on 12th September, 1979. CAUSE No. 613 OF 2018 By Jacob Chemwile Wepukhulu, of P.O. Box 213, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedayo Wepukhulu Watambala alias Zebedayo Wepukhulu, who died at District Hospital, Kapengulia in Kenya, on 17th June, 1985. CAUSE No. 616 OF 2018 By Farida Nasenya Wanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wanjala Namiti alias Wanjala Namiti, who died at Elgon View Medical Cottage, on 9th April, 2013. CAUSE No. 680 OF 2018 By Patrick Wanyonyi Namasaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Namasaka Kiara alias Namasaka Kihara, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 8th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
