TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 821 OF 2017 By Joyce Odeny Omoke, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Nyagol, who died on 16th October, 1988. CAUSE No. 299 OF 2018 By Erick Otieno Ragwari, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ragwari Kinda, who died on 15th November, 2004. CAUSE No. 689 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Barbara Atieno Ragwar and (2) Melanie Alal Odhiambo Omamba, both of P.O. Box 432, Suna in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix George Odhiambo, who died at Berlin, Germany, on 30th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 723 OF 2018 By (1) Agnes Aseka Seda and (2) Tom Otiende Seda, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Seda Ochar, who died at Nyalunya, Kisumu, on 25th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 727 OF 2018 By Hezron Ogony, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Onditi Were, who died at South Kapuonja, on 1st January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
