TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 279 OF 2018 By Osman Mohamedali Ladha, of P.O. Box 80378, Mombasa in . Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hawabai Abdulsatar Ladha, who died at Kuze Old Town, on 8th February, 2018. CAusE No. 291 OF 2018 By (1) Grace Wambui Ngugi and (2) Samuel Njau Macharia, both of P.O. Box 80741, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Macharia Njau, who died at Mshomoroni, on 2nd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
