TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2018 By Rudy Nieri, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Dante Nieri, who died on 29th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2018 By (1) Luay Ahmed Sheikh and (2) Hadija Ahmed Sheikh Nabany, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Sheikh Mohamed Nabany, who died on 29th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
