TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 17 OF 2018 By Kenneth Mburugu Gituma, of P.O. Box 3117, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Nabea M'Itanguru, who died on 6th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2018 By Isabella Kanyua Mathiu, of P.O. Box 101, Kibirichia, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Magiri Kirimi M'Kuura, who died on 19th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
