Box 95270, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letter's of administration intestate to the estate John Richard Beckwith Harding, who died at Northwick Park Hospital Harrow, on 3rd December, 2014. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2016 By (1) Kumar Uttamchand Shah, of P.O. Box 47211-00100, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Vinaykumar Mohanlal Raja, of 380, Common Wealth Circle, Mississauga, Ontario, for a grant of probate of a will to the estate of Khetshi Hadha Shah, who died at Mombasa, on 15th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
