NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd March, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2351, in Volume DI, Folio 293/6584, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Roselinda Soipan Tuya (guardian), of P.O. Box 187–20500, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Nemashon Maya Kudate (a minor), formerly known as Nemashon Maya Tuya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nemashon Maya Tuya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nemashon Maya Kudate, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nemashon Maya Kudate only.
