NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd August, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 930, in Volume DI, Folio 265/6269, File No. MMXVIII, by my client, Elon Peter Mwangombe (guardian), of P.O. Box 99336–80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kyle Loli Githua Mwangombe (a minor), formerly known as Kyle Githua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kyle Githua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kyle Loli Githua Mwangombe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kyle Loli Githua Mwangombe only.
