THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Wanyonyi Bangili, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabouts, known as East Bukusu/North Sang’alo/3676, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Wanyonyi Bangili, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of a new land title deed.
