GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11792

WHEREAS Jadiel Gitonga Kirimo alias Jadiel G. E. Kirimo alias J. Gitonga E. Kirimo alias Jediel Gitonga Elizaphan Kirimo alias Gitona Kirimo alias J. Gitonga Kirimo alias Jediel G. E. Kirimo, of P.O. Box 25, Iruko in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.384 and 0.198 hectare or thereabouts, known as Karingani/Muiru/2485 and 2487, respectively, situate in the district of Meru South/Tharaka, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1599 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Regina Mueni Muthuka, (2) Mathews Njeru Gitonga and (3) Kirimi Kirimo, and whereas the said title deeds issued earlier to the said Jadiel Gitonga Kirimo alias Jadiel G. E. Kirimo alias J. Gitonga E. Kirimo alias Jediel Gitonga Elizaphan Kirimo alias Gitona Kirimo alias J. Gitonga Kirimo alias Jediel G. E. Kirimo, have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.L 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued to the said Jadiel Gitonga Kirimo alias Jadiel G. E. Kirimo alias J. Gitonga E. Kirimo alias Jediel Gitonga Elizaphan Kirimo alias Gitona Kirimo alias J. Gitonga Kirimo alias Jediel G. E. Kirimo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
