REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sigal Investments Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 59021–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land L.R. No. 1160/67 (Original No. 1160/8/5), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 4895/1, and whereas the deed plan has been booked by Sigal Investments Limited in respect of L.R. 1160/656 (Original No. 1160/640/4), and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said declaration that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 4895/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said transfer.
