WHEREAS (1) Girarene Farmers Co-operative Society Limited, (2) Kiangondu Farmers Co-operative Society Limited, (3) Kirubia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited and (4) Muiru Farmers Co- operative Society Limited, all of P.O. Box 10, Kathwana in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 4.2, 2.4, 0.7, 2.6 and 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru South/Tharaka, registered under title Nos. Karingani/Gitarene/981, Karingani/Ndagani/677, Karingani/Mugirirwa/657, Karingani/Muiru/836 and Karingani/Muiru/688, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
