REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Schlereth Aziza and (2) Schlereth Horst Josef, both of Cusanusstr. 45–54470–54470, Bern Kastel-Kues, are registered as proprietors in fee simple ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0385 hectare or thereabouts, known as C.R. 7482/1, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Kilifi, registered under Plot No. 2266/III/MN, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
