REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Najah Said Abdalla, of P.O. Box 83659–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as a proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.1032 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 2898/III/MN, situate north of Mombasa Municipality in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 66167, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
